Naohiro Nishida- Managing Partner

After graduating from Meiji University’s School of Political Science and Economics, I became interested in the financial industry and went to New York to study on my own while still a student, where I learned about the real financial industry first-hand. I started my career in the financial industry at Nomura Securities.

I worked in the wealth management department, providing asset advisory services to the super-rich. After that, with the support of many customers, I fulfilled my goal of starting my own business, which I had held since my student days, and in 2013 I became independent.

After moving to the United States, I entered the real estate development business in earnest and have been working hard to become a bridge between Japanese investors and the United States.

In relation to this investment, as a Board Member, I will oversee the entire project, provide financial support for fundraising, loan coordination, and currency hedging, etc.

Naomi - Development Manager

As Development Manager, I oversee all phases of real estate development, from acquisition to final disposition, coordinating with investors, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and optimized returns. Specializing in residential, commercial, and ground-up infill developments, I bridge Japanese institutional investors with U.S. professionals, leveraging cross-cultural expertise to foster strategic partnerships.

Born and raised in Japan, and living in the USA since 2002, I draw on my experience in both American and Japanese business practices to guide international clients through the Los Angeles real estate market. My approach, rooted in the Japanese principle of Omotenashi, ensures thoughtful, attentive service at every step.

I hold a BFA in Interior Design & Architecture from the USA. Licensed as a real estate agent in California since 2010, I spent 10 years with Vista Sotheby’s International Realty, focusing on luxury properties for high-net-worth clients. Currently licensed at Sage Real Estate Group, I combine global firm experience with a boutique agency’s client-centric approach to offer personalized solutions for both residential and commercial clients.
